"
     He pointed newborn that "the existing paragraphs in the note was a proposal from the Iraqi government for economic and financial reforms approved by the International Monetary Fund and considered successful in this area, and that the government must continue these reforms to achieve economic growth and well-being at the strategic level and who looks to him the Iraqi people."
