    Izzat MP for the Civil Alliance Sunrise Alabegi, on Thursday, the reasons for the high number of victims in the bombing of the Karrada district of central Baghdad, to "financial corruption" in government institutions, and stressed that "material Alkabond" used in the packaging of the damaged buildings helped in flames, as it brought civil defense teams responsible for the lack of most of the buildings in the capital to safety requirements.
