The Governor of Basra d. Majed Nasraoui, for providing the Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al - Ahmad Al - Jaber Al - Sabah to grant the province to build some service organizations , including thehospital, referring to the injunction Prince procedures heal and cooperation with the capitalof Kuwait and Basra.
