He announced Suraski Medical Center in Tel Aviv for the death of the Israeli defense minister andformer member of the Israeli Knesset , who wasborn in Iraq (Fuad Ben - Eliezer) and moved to Israel in 1950.
Ben - Eliezer and filled numerous prominent government posts , the most important post of defense minister during the second intifada in thegovernment of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, at which time he also served as the post ofleader of the "Labour Party".
The Ben - Eliezer, who was fluent in Arabic, and indicted on charges of abusing public funds Almadi.anthy (1)
