    adding that (the visit included the signing of 6 memorandum of understanding between the two countries and the development of pathways and mechanisms of joint committees to resolve the issues and the development of stents border and file of prisoners and missing persons and Kuwaiti documents), said al-Bayati said (Iraq is looking to open a new page between the two countries), indicating that the (Supreme Committee shared between the two countries have had many meetings resulted in sending many letters to the Security Council confirms Iraq's cooperation with Kuwait), pointed out that (the next step of the Security Council is the declaration out of Iraq from Chapter VII and the emphasis on joint cooperation between the two countries and the transfer of the file to the bilateral cooperation).


    Iraq signed with the Kuwaiti side 6 memorandum of understanding concerning the economy, transport and planning. And signed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, a memorandum of understanding with the Kuwaiti Prime Minister Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah belong to the economy as signed and Transport Minister Hadi al-Amiri with his Kuwaiti counterpart a Memorandum of Understanding concerning transfers signed by the Minister of Planning Ali Yousef Shukri with his Kuwaiti counterpart a Memorandum of Understanding concerning the planning.


    The Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari had visited Kuwait on May 28 of last year and signed with his Kuwaiti counterpart memoranda of understanding on the arrangements for the maintenance of border pillars operation and financing of the project of establishing a residential compound in Umm Qasr in Basra province.


    The countries welcomed the signing of memorandums of understanding that was signed. The joint statement said at the end of a visit that morning (the two sides welcome the signing of the agreements mentioned and emphasized the importance of development in various aspects) and Iraq and Kuwait signed today at 6 memorandums of understanding.




    Positive role


    And the price of officials of the Republic of Iraq, as stated in the statement (the positive role of constructive tool for the people and the Government of Kuwait to help Iraq out of the provisions of Chapter VII of the UN Charter), and the two sides stressed (work to open new horizons to achieve the aspirations of the two brotherly countries).



    Zebari stressed that the (Kuwaiti delegation's visit was fruitful and 6 have signed memorandums of cooperation between the two countries and will be reflected positively on the brotherly folk).


    And Zebari said during a press conference with his Kuwaiti counterpart in Baghdad yesterday that (the talks were fruitful between the delegations of the two countries in the course of Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations), and added (we reach fruitful results to get rid of these consequences that affected Iraq and today's meeting focused on the scored of these achievements and look outside under Chapter VII and normal relations between the two countries to achieve a genuine partnership between the two peoples), Zebari explained that (a set of ideas put forward on how to develop the economy and we agreed on a set of steps to consolidate the relations between the brotherly folk and all these things become possible for the application).


    For his part, the morning (we have accomplished in the 27 of last month with regard to the decision of 833 and signed on the formation of a committee to exit Iraq from Chapter VII and we are glad to get out of Iraq from Chapter VII and we will inform the Security Council the possibility of transfer of Iraq from Chapter VII to VI to Iraq to become a mainstay Because of the influential countries in the region),



    and added that (this will be submitted to the Secretary-General of the United Nations in order to decide in the second half of this month, and Iraq has fulfilled its decisions under Chapter VII and this visit represents a new breakthrough in the countries for the continuation of the relationship and support to succeed, the two countries) , explained that morning (we trust in Iraq to overcome all the problems because they put great strides all of these things and Iraq is able to face all odds), indicating that (there is an economic forum between the two countries and will provide opportunities for the economy).
