    [ltr]The Arab League announced on Wednesday its intention to participate in a meeting hosted by the French capital, on Thursday, to discuss the future of the Iraqi city of Mosul, following the attack which led Baghdad to release it from the organization "Daesh" terrorist.[/ltr]
    [ltr]A spokesman for the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Mahmoud Afifi, in a statement seen by / balances News / copy it, that "the university has received an invitation to attend the meeting of the Paris which is chaired by France and Iraq, and will send a delegation headed by Assistant Secretary-General of the University for the Secretary-General's office, Hussam Zaki".[/ltr]

    [ltr]The Iraqi army launched alongside the Peshmerga forces and a number of tribal groups, in addition to the "international coalition" led by the United States, last Monday, an offensive aimed at freeing the city from the elements of the terrorist organization.[/ltr]

    [ltr]He noted that the delegation will present the University's vision towards the situation in the city of Mosul, including with regard to the measures and actions that can be taken to protect the lives of civilians, and consistent with the need to respect the unity and sovereignty of Iraq, and supports the preservation of security and stability.[/ltr]

    [ltr]The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, full support for Iraq, government and people, in the battle to liberate the city of Mosul from the hand of regulation "Daesh" I'm looking forward because this process successful.[/ltr]
