{Baghdad} Euphrates News said a member of the parliamentary education committee for national Ali Grkan Delphi, that the mass of the Minister of Education Mohammad Iqbal carry the federal budget and the Finance Ministry responsibility for delaying the school curriculum distributed to school districts.
He said Delphi said in a statement, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy ofit today, " The Education Committee in Parliament hosted the Minister of Education Mohammad Iqbal pharmacist to find out the reasons for delaying the distribution of the books in the district."
He said the "Minister of Education during the hosting of the reduced education budget in half in the federal budget for 2016, and do not receive any amount from the Ministry of Finance this year, it was the main factor for this delay. "
