    [ltr]Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, Sunday, Jordanian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Ibrahim Saif and his accompanying delegation in the presence of Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar Allaibi received.[/ltr]

    [ltr]For his part, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Jordan Ibrahim Saif stressed that "his country is seeking to strengthen cooperation, and work on projects that establish the strategic relations between Iraq and Jordan," he "pledged his country along with Iraq in its war against terrorism, and the desire of His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan and the Jordanian government in upgrading relations to the level of ambition of the two brotherly peoples, and exchange of expertise in many sectors. "[/ltr]
    [ltr]He stressed that "Iraq lung Jordan's economic, it is the first trade partner of Jordan, but the war on terrorism dramatically affected the bilateral cooperation and trade exchange," noting that "the coming period will witness the intensification of visits of officials in different jurisdictions to activate the agreements signed between the two agreements."[/ltr]
    [ltr]Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar Luaibi also pointed out that "energy cooperation between Iraq and Jordan will open the door for investment, and support the Iraqi economy," noting that "the two countries are working on a project to extend two tubes for oil and gas from Iraq via Jordan and Egypt all the way to Europe, and global markets." .[/ltr]
