    He stressed Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, on Wednesday, that the integration of the House of Representatives election and provincial councils decision " is not a government , " expressing his support for holding the elections on time.Ebadi said in a press conference held at the Government Palace and attended (range Press), " The integration of the House of Representatives election and provincial councils is not a government decision," adding , "I am with the conduct of elections both in a timely manner." He discussed the Cabinet at its meeting yesterday, " the basic principles of the law of provincial and district council elections , which includes reducing the number of members". 
    In another context, called on the Electoral Commission, on Wednesday, political entities and parties to review the affairs of the Department of parties and organizations for the purpose of completing the registration procedures, revealing received 152 applications for registration of parties and political entities since the entry into force the law of parties. 
    He said Miqdad Sharifi, a member of the Board of Commissioners in a statement received (range) a copy ofit, that " the Electoral Commission since the ratification of the law , appealed to the called party and the old entities to expedite the registration process, specifically the parties mentioned in Article 58 of the Political Parties Law , which states complete the registration procedures within one year from running out of the law ,"pointing out that" the term ends in (11 December 2016), and otherwise would be considered the party isdissolved. " Sharifi said that "this call in the registry does not include the old parties that submitted applications for registration of the Commission , " calling on the remaining parties to "accelerate the completion of registration procedures." 
    He said the Board of Commissioners member of the "Parties Law No. (36) for the year 2015 initiated by the House of Representatives and was ratified by the Presidency of the Republic , a law that regulates thefunctioning of political parties in Iraq , which is seeking to engage in the forthcoming elections and that of thepriorities of participation is a complete legally registered in accordance with the procedures and rules behavior set by the Commission , which Astmdtha of the Act , "warning that" the opposite party will lose its chance to participate in the elections are the decadent rule of law. " Sharifi revealed that " the number of parties that have submitted their applications for the purpose of registration and complete the procedures amounted to(152) of which political party (84) old parties and (68) of the new parties." 
    The call comes at a time when most of the political blocs seek to postpone provincial elections and integrate them into the next parliamentary elections in order to reduce expenses. 
    In a report (range), published recently, the Parliamentary Legal Committee considered, to postpone theelection date at the request of the three presidencies "unconstitutional , " and he made "unjustified." She called to make way for the Electoral Commission to perform its functions to hold the elections on schedule, noting the possibility of postponing the elections in some provinces the request of the Commission. And got (range), the middle of this month, a copy of the document issued by the presidency on the decision of thethree presidencies to postpone provincial elections and integrate them with the parliamentary elections.
