"
    The website quoted the whole, saying that "the two countries are seeking through a memorandum to the exchange of experiences and knowledge accumulated in diplomacy and international relations field," noting that the "memorandum of understanding on the training of diplomats is the first to be signed by Iraq with any East African country, and will continue for a period of six years to come." .
    For his part, Kenyan Foreign Service Academy director, according to Standard Digital, expressed the hope that "the agreement will contribute to strengthening relations between Kenya and Iraq in various fields and sectors."
