"
    The website quoted the whole, saying that "the two countries are seeking through a memorandum to the exchange of experiences and knowledge accumulated in diplomacy and international relations field," noting that the "memorandum of understanding on the training of diplomats is the first to be signed by Iraq with any East African country, and will continue for a period of six years to come." .
    For his part, Kenyan Foreign Service Academy director, according to Standard Digital, expressed the hope that "the agreement will contribute to strengthening relations between Kenya and Iraq in various fields and sectors."

    The existing interim Iraqi charge d'affaires in Kenya, Khaled spring had met in (the first of March 2016), the director of the Foreign Service Institute of Kenya, Ambassador Simon Napokoiysa, at the Institute object headquarters at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC) and gave him a brief for the Foreign Service Institute Iraqi and courses organized by stressing the desire of the Iraqi side in collaboration with his Kenyan counterpart, in the interests of both sides, while expressed Napokoiysa, welcomed the cooperation with Iraq.
