    Twilight News president of the National Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim / said on Monday evening that the coalition will not allow the outbreak of civil war in Iraq or going to split it, declaring that the coalition forces which represents the Sunni blocs in the government and parliament confirmed his commitment to the state of citizenship.
    Hakim said at a joint news conference with House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, said, "This is the phase of an important stage in Iraq's history, and we discussed the situation of displaced persons and their return and the future of Iraq after Daesh," adding that "we will not allow to go Iraq to civil war and partition."
    He added that "coalition forces understands and is said to stick to the option of state citizenship, and we talked for a clear roadmap in light of regional and international changes," adding that "we will form committees to discuss all the details."
    He said al-Hakim was "confident of our success in the political settlement efforts of all project and the participation of everyone," he said, adding that this project will include the Kurdistan Region as well.
    The contract earlier in the evening coalition Iraqi forces held a meeting with the National Alliance, which includes the ruling component in Iraq's Shiite blocs to discuss the ideas proposed by the latter of a political settlement initiative to achieve reconciliation, solve problems and differences after the expulsion of the organization Daesh from Iraqi territory.
