Minister of planning for "news": 21% rate of participation of the private sector in the next five-year plan

Baghdad (newsletter).Planning Minister Ali Shukri, 21% would be the share of participation of the private sector in the next five-year plan, which will start from this year to the year 2017.
In a statement, "said Shukri (News Agency): the planning Ministry launched the five-year plan (2013, 2017) coincided with the departure of Iraq from Chapter VII.
He added: the most important thing that came out of this five-year plan for the first time, it devoted a special chapter to the investment sector in Iraq, noting that Iraq cannot be built by the public sector to the private sector must be the return of real participation in the Iraqi market.
