    The Minister of Oil Jabar Ali Allaibi on Saturday, the direct project refining of oil derivatives in the refinery 'CAR' Erbil Governorate card 40 thousand barrels per day for the oil ministry, adding that the project comes to meet the needs of the provinces of Nineveh, Kirkuk and Diyala and processing of oil derivatives crisis. 

    Allaibi said 'has direct project refining of oil derivatives in the refinery (CAR) Erbil Governorate card 40 thousand barrels per day for the Ministry of Oil', noting that 'this project is to meet the needs of the provinces of Nineveh, Kirkuk and Diyala and processing of oil derivatives crisis'. 

    He added, 'was also cover a large part of the needs of the provinces of the region within the federal government 's obligations to citizens serving in these cities after the cessation of the Baiji refinery in Salah al - Din province for production due to damage caused by the war on gangs Daesh terrorist and the consequent acute shortage of petroleum products '. 

    He said the oil minister, that ' the refinery began producing 1500 m3 of gas per day and 1,100 m3 of gas oil (kerosene) and 255 m3 of white oil (kerosene) per day, in addition to 4,500 m3 of black oil per day to cover the needs of all investment projects in the province of Kirkuk and the region of this article, as well as Qayyarah power station , the amount of processing 500 m3 of gas oil per day. ' 

    He explained Allaibi, that 'the oil ministry through this step , which resulted in the hiring company (CAR investment), has provided millions of dollars a month was wasted on the importation, transportation and other expenses which constitute an additional burden on the federal budget, as well as the provision of these provinces needs of derivatives oil and reduce their suffering under conditions of security, economic and difficult challenges facing citizens in the provinces that have been edited from Conception terrorist gangs'. 

    He was instructed Allaibi, Friday (November 25, 2016), to form an operations room to meet the needs of the liberated areas in Nineveh province , of oil derivatives, stressing the need to speed up the rehabilitation of damaged facilities in the province and returned to service.
