    Legal Committee conducted a number of legislative amendments to the draft of the amnesty law , which the government sent to the House of Representatives revealed.
    A member of the committee MP Zana Roustaa for "Light News" that "the Legal Committee met yesterday and discussed the draft law amending the amnesty law, which sent the government committee and worked to bridge the defect and remedy some legal errors during practice and drawing on the complaints which reached the members of the Committee of the citizens as well as inquiry by the judicial Committees which apply the amnesty law. "
    He stressed that "a number of amendments in the Committee on the law, including the inclusion of residents in Iraq, similar to the Iraqis to the provisions of the amnesty law, as well as not to require waiver of legal representative of the departments on issues related to paragraph (X.) of Article IV."
    He said that the amendments also included "cases of kidnapping in which the killing or permanent disability did not get where he got amnesty waiver and not an exception was covered by an amnesty law in 2008 as well as the non-inclusion of terrorism, crimes that occurred after the emergence of Daesh Amnesty Law."
    Pointing out that "Parliament will discuss the report of the Legal Committee during the second reading in the coming sessions."
