    {International: Euphrates News} US presidents agree Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin on the need to intensify efforts for a ceasefire and an end to the war in Syria.
    This came in the first phone call between the two presidents since the US missile attack on a Syrian military base by nearly a month and led to strained relations between the two sides.

    The White House announced on Tuesday that US President Donald Trump agreed with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to intensify efforts to resolve the Syrian crisis, and that Washington intends to participate in the talks, "Astana 4", which starts on Wednesday, and lasts for two days.
