Cabinet decisions to No. 36 in the session

The Council of Ministers held its thirty-sixth regular in Baghdad on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki issued by the Board the following decisions:
1 - To approve the proposal of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to raise the salaries of employees of the tenth grade to fifth grade by 114% (Class X) to (4%) for the fifth grade. (Excluded are ministries and agencies with special laws). The increase applied as of 01.01.2014 (the increase, according to the validity of the Council of Ministers stipulated in Law No. 22 of 2008).
2 - uniting the allocation of jobs per descriptive nature (which carry with competence and description) for all employees of the ministries and departments, and holds the advisers submit proposals to the Cabinet within two weeks.
3 - abolition of privileges granted to workers in the Green Zone and the three presidencies, and modify laws and regulations accordingly and their equality with the rest of the staff.
4 - Modify Service Act, including university faculty and university specialists allocations and grants to other Mnsopen Maitqdah his peers in other ministries.
5 - Approval of the proposal to the General Secretariat / legal department in the interpretation of legislation, financial assessments for the salaries and allowances of ministers and deputy ministers, advisers and those with special grades and who بدرجتهم or receive salaries of workers in the ministries and departments not Almterbth Ministry consisting of (6) paragraphs and communicated to the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry of to be applied and adhered to.
6 - allocated 15 billion dinars from the emergency reserve to the Ministry of Displacement to secure harboring refugees from Syria in Kurdistan.
