During the first half of this year ,

the number of the inclusion of workers ' decisions issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs during the first half of this year in Baghdad and the provinces except Kurdistan region of Iraq 0.2217, bringing the number of secured projects registered with the pension department in the ministry to nearly 56 A project.
The official said that the ministry 's spokesman Ammar Menem , in a statement to the "morning", explaining that the inspection visits conducted by the competent authority in his ministry committees, which included access to projects covered by the provisions of the law of retirement and social security for workers.
He noted that each project demands that it approached retirement and security circle, regarding the inclusion in the provisions of the Social Security Act , regardless of the nationality of the project and its name in addition to the title and nature of the facility in or certificate of incorporation, noting the importance that accompanied the names of the workers, nationalities and dates of commencing their work with their wages and their professions and a copy of the identity civil Status.
Menem said that the number of total covered by the social security projects, reached 55 thousand and 957 projects in the Department of pension and social security for workers in the private, mixed and cooperative sector, as it included during the month of May 432 projects.
He revealed a new mechanism for the adoption of the new inclusion of belonging to companies, it requires a book circle of record companies and private contract founded and the identity of the Civil Status of the company 's owner or managing director or any contracts with government agencies and contractors or undertakings and archives of official workers all the company.
