It was also agreed to re-vote on the requirement of university degree, in addition to agreeing to re-vote on the article on the number of candidates for each list in each province.
The House voted yesterday to merge the local elections with the parliamentary on their constitutional and legal dates. It was decided to postpone Article (37) of the Provincial and Provincial Elections Law concerning the organization of elections in Kirkuk governorate.

Also, it was voted that the number of candidates in the list is twice the number of seats reserved for the province in the electoral district.
The Liberal bloc describes the vote on St. Lego (1.7) as "a disappointment to all small blocs," asserting that "
The large blocs pass all the decisions that are in their interest in the House of Representatives. " MP Yasser al-Husseini said in a statement to (range)," This system, which was adopted by the House of Representatives in the provincial elections law, is unfair to small blocs compared to large blocs that will be In the local governments and strongly at the expense of the opinion of the citizen. "
She accused MP Zeinab al-Tai, a member of the Liberal bloc, the Speaker of the House of Representatives in violation of the rules of procedure of the Council because he did not propose the small blocs to vote
At a news conference attended by Al-Mada, The breach committed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives in the session on the law of the Elections, article 134 of the rules of procedure is clear and it turns out that after the completion of the discussion of the article and proposals amendments submitted on the opinion is taken on these proposals amendments first and begin the wide range and away from the original text and then take the opinion after the article as a whole.
"What happened today in the Council is a dangerous precedent after the Speaker violated the rules of procedure of Article 134 and repeals all the proposals related to Article 12 of the Elections Law where it starts directly with the original text and this is a clear violation and is invoked by political consensus, which must be within the framework of the constitution and the internal rules To parliament ".
In turn, a member of the Legal Committee, MP Hassan Tauran, in an interview with (range), to "the desire of a large number of deputies to cancel the continuation of the work of provincial councils, districts and districts after the end of its mandate."

A member of the Legal Committee and the representative of Kirkuk, saying " If these councils are canceled, where will thousands of its employees go, and what is the alternative? And what is the authority that approves the provincial projects that belong to regional development projects and petrodollars?
And is watching these local circles? " The Turkmen MP stressed that" the discussion of this subject is not within the jurisdiction of the provincial elections law, "pointing out that" the amendment of the law of provinces not organized in the region No. (21) for 2008 is on these issues and details under the Constitution " "And called for" to discuss this between the government representative in the House of Representatives and the parliamentary legal committee. "The
