Mullah reveals the content of the "Baghdad message" to the Kurdish delegation

The deputy of the coalition of state law Haider Mawla, Thursday, that the Kurdish delegation discussed with officials and political leaders in Baghdad, three files, including the referendum secession of Kurdistan, while revealed that all the political forces in Baghdad brought a "message" to the delegation that the Constitution does not allow the separation of the region or Any other governorate.
"The Kurdish delegation focused on his visit to Baghdad to discuss three important files first referendum and the second related to the disputed areas and the latter on the oil wealth seized by the region," he said, adding that "the position of all political forces in Baghdad was clear The need to resolve all these files in accordance with the Iraqi constitution, which voted by all Iraqis with their various components.
"The message of Baghdad was clear to the delegation that the Constitution does not allow the separation of the region or any other province, in addition to the internal situation in the province is still confused by the disruption of the Parliament of the region and the presence of Kurdish forces reject the referendum not to mention the problems in the region, as well as internal and external rejection "Saying that" the region violated the Constitution several times and several issues, including the export of oil, which represents a wealth for all Iraqis according to the Constitution and without returning to the federal government in addition to control of disputed areas.
