    [rtl]The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers discussed with the representatives of the World Bank the project of repairing and settling salaries electronically through a unified database .[/rtl]
    [rtl]A statement issued by the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said that the Internal Audit and Audit Department of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank in the presence of representatives of the Ministries of Finance and Planning / Central Statistical Organization, The reform and settlement of salaries electronically, through a unified database to ease the procedures and raise the challenges faced by this project and the reform of the law of retirees .[/rtl]
    [rtl]The meeting discussed a number of topics, the most important of which is the cooperation between the ministries to implement the mechanisms of the Council of Ministers' Resolution 281/2017 and work on settling the salaries electronically and providing security for them in terms of security .[/rtl]
    [rtl]The representative of the Ministry of Planning: "The agencies and ministries can access the electronic platform to know the law of salaries and deductions and certificates to be available to all ."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Secretariat is working to implement the decision of the Council of Ministers in this regard through the dispatch of specialized teams to ministries and entities and hold meetings to activate this project and to ensure the implementation of the decision of the Council of Ministers .[/rtl]
    [rtl]The statement said: "The Council of Ministers has decided earlier in the Ministry of Planning, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Iraq and the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers, to complete the issuance of a unified number of employees in all government departments depends mainly on the databases of government agencies, Not later than the first of November of the current year 2017.[/rtl]
    [rtl]And the Ministry of Electricity and Planning and the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers to implement what was said starting in October of the current year 2017 .[/rtl]
    [rtl]The decision of the Council for the purpose of activating the system of payment of salaries and allowances to employees in government departments electronically .[/rtl]
