[ltr]The Presidency of the Republic announced on Thursday the approval of President Fuad Masum on the law of the first amendment to the amnesty law.[/ltr]
[ltr]"The President of the Republic Fuad Masoum Sadiq today, the law of the first amendment to the law of general amnesty No. (27) for the year 2016," the presidency said in a statement received by Mawazine News.[/ltr]
[ltr]She explained that "this law, voted by the House of Representatives earlier, the seriousness of the terrorist crimes and crimes of kidnapping of persons to society, especially committed after 10/6/2014 and in order not to allow the perpetrators of impunity and not to encourage others to commit and for the purpose of increasing the amount The fine for the replacement sentence or measure ".[/ltr]
