MP for the coalition of state law, high Nassif, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister Haider Abadi to withdraw the hands of officers who are still in service and issued arrest warrants.
"The issuance of an arrest warrant against any officer is an indication of his corruption, and therefore he is not entitled to access the secret mail, correspondence, files, information and security plans," Naseef said in a statement received by the agency All Iraq.
"Therefore, the officers who have been issued arrest warrants must be withdrawn, including Air Force Commander Anwar Hama Amin," it said, noting that "not stopping them from working officially constitutes a threat to the security of the Iraqi state."
The deputy Nassif said last Wednesday, "There are arrest warrants and the investigation and investigation issued against 48 senior officers in the Ministry of Defense on charges of corruption and waste of public money," noting that "the most prominent names Associate former Chief of Staff Staff Staff Aboud Qanbar, Former Lieutenant General Mehdi Al Gharawi and current Air Force Commander Major General Anwar Hama Amin as well as former Defense Minister Khalid Al Obeidi.
