Merkel: The world order is in danger

She noted that Germany hopes to be the source of future contribution to solving the world's problems, noting that isolation will not lead to a good future, "protectionism is not a suitable solution."
The German Chancellor explained that a solution to the world's problems is to see "pluralism rather than unilateralism".
Support for the trend towards deepening popularism or trade protectionism has risen in recent times, both in Europe and the United States.
