    On Monday, the tripartite summit between Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir and Ethiopian Prime Minister Haile Mariam Desselin began in Addis Ababa .
    According to the Middle East News Agency, "the closed talks between the three leaders will discuss the latest developments of the file of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam," in light of Egyptian fears of the impact of the dam on its share of the Nile water .
