    Oil Minister Jabbar al-Allaibi said on Wednesday that Iraq is working with international companies to convert gas that is burning into useful energy.
    Al-Luaibi said during his meeting with Secretary of State for Middle East Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the British Ministry of International Development, Alistair Burt, according to a statement of his office received a copy of which is "Iraq works on perfect cooperation with international companies operating in the oil sector with the aim of promoting this industry and investment. Of this national wealth, including the conversion of gas that burns to useful energy, as well as increased infrastructure development projects across the country. "
    "In the past period, despite economic and security challenges, we have made significant progress in implementing projects and increasing oil and gas production," he added.
    He said that "the ministry announced many of the oil projects in the sectors of extraction and liquidation, gas investment and the extension of pipeline networks, and invited international companies, including British companies to participate in it."
