The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Friday that 212 investment projects in various economic fields will be presented next Sunday in Kuwait to hundreds of foreign investment companies on the sidelines of the donor conference dedicated to the reconstruction of Iraq.
"The agenda of the conference to be held by the official delegation of Iraq, which includes a number of ministers and officials, will include axes, reconstruction and investment, and support stability and peaceful coexistence," the Secretariat said in a report.
He added that "the investment environment has been created. It will present 212 investment projects for all sectors of the economy, including projects in the North Region, which will be announced during the second day of the conference entitled Invest in Iraq."
He explained that "the final day of the conference will be to announce the support to be provided by the participating countries to Iraq," pointing out that "the conference will be attended by representatives of hundreds of companies, where will be a qualitative exhibition involving a large number of public companies .. The delegates from these companies and entities to offer investment offers "He said.
Some 70 countries are scheduled to participate in the International Conference on Iraq Reconstruction (ICARRD), hosted by the State of Kuwait, for the period from the 12th to the 14th of this month.
