BAGHDAD / The Ministry of Commerce announced on Wednesday the arrival of 5 ships loaded with imported wheat and two bags loaded with rice to the port of Umm Qasr in the southern province of Basra to support the ration card.
The General Company for Grain Trade said in a statement received by "Iraq News" that "the Ministry of Commerce announced the arrival of 5 ships loaded with imported wheat and two bags loaded with rice to the port of Umm Qasr in the southern province of Basra, to support the ration card, According to the plan approved by the import and marketing department of the ministry. "
The company added that "the Ministry of Commerce continues to import contracts and additional quantities to secure stocks to meet the needs of the ration card."
