Video: The collapse of a modern infantry bridge in Florida and the fall of victims

[rtl]Four people were killed when a new pedestrian bridge collapsed at the University of Florida on Thursday, officials in Miami said.[/rtl]
[rtl]Rescue crews are searching for people trapped under the rubble.
Images of the collapsed bridge were published on social media.
It was unclear how many people were stranded in eight vehicles under the bridge when it collapsed.
The city's fire brigade chief, Dave Donne, said the rescue would take a long time that could last all night or longer.
Ten people were taken to hospital for treatment, and rescuers were able to clear two people from the rubble.
The Florida fire chief confirmed the deaths of four people and said the rescue operation would continue all night and perhaps more.
The first rescuers who arrived at the scene as they tried to reach the suspended vehicles appeared in aerial photographs.
The university issued a statement saying rescue operations were still in place.
"We are shocked and sad about what happened, and we are now in the process of rescue and information gathering," a university spokesman said.
A witness told the American channel ABC that the sounds of screaming coming from the vehicles stuck in the rubble was alarming.
Florida Governor Rick Scott arrived at the scene and said there would be an investigation into the cause of the accident.

White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said President Donald Trump was aware of the incident and would send the aid they needed at the scene.
The 861-tonne bridge was reportedly built last Saturday.
