    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Iraqi Parliament decided to keep the regular session held on Thursday open till endorsing 2013 federal budget.
    The Rappateur of the Parliament, Mohamed al-Khalidi told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The Parliament decided to keep the session open until achieve the vote on 2013 budget, ruling out its endorsement for many controversial points among the political blocs concerning the budget’s terms.”

    BAGHDAD
    / NINA / The MP, of the / patriots / Bloc, Juma'a al-Matuti said that
    "Chairman of the parliamentary committee on Finance, Haider Abadi
    submitted a request to the presidency of the parliament today to make
    the parliamentary session an open session until the approval of 2013
    budget."

    He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that
    "The Finance Committee read the report of the budget of 2013 and there
    are still differences on them," adding that "House Speaker Osama
    al-Nujaifi adjourned the session to take a break and then it will make a
    decision to make it an open session or to postpone the vote on the
    budget.

    It is scheduled that the vote on approving the state
    budget for the current year after it postponed on yesterday's session
    after an earlier series of postponements. / End

    The

    Attorney Alexander
    and stressed the need for the cause of tut found establishing the Bekhme
    Dam and dams in the Central and southern regions to face any risk.

    She
    asked the Deputy on the intent to activate outdoor Makhul and the
    construction of a dam in the region to cope with the risks of flooding.

    MP
    Kazem Al-bahadili invited the Ministry of water resources to develop
    strict controls to prevent housing in taboos and expanding rivers water
    to marshes.

    MP Mohammed Kayani asked why the Ministry directly in irrigation project in Kurdistan can tap water.

    In
    response to Al-Saadi confirmed the interventions of irrigation projects
    strategic projects referring to the conclusion of a contract with an
    Italian company to develop irrigation strategy for 20 years beginning in
    2015 and 2035, noting the Bekhme Dam projects require large amounts
    within the budget, pointing out that the Cabinet decided to compensate
    the affected people in Salahuddin province, despite exceeding the
    taboos, all river water is invested in Iraq and not go to the Arabian
    Gulf.
