The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Sunday the formation of a higher committee to follow up the implementation of the needs of the people of Karrada, central Baghdad.
The Secretariat said in a press statement that it "issued a decree of the Supreme Judicial Committee, which has the authority to form sub-committees of relevant bodies to follow up the implementation of its recommendations, to complete its tasks within a month."
"The Diwani order ensures that the committee headed by Assistant Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mr. Rahman Issa Hassan, and the membership of the Ministry of the Interior, the province of Baghdad, and the Baghdad Operations Command, the Secretariat of Baghdad and the National Security Service to follow up the implementation of the needs of the people of Karrada."
