And in all governmental and educational institutions, private sector organizations and civil society to achieve the goal of the participation of all citizens in a constructive and cumulative manner in the reconstruction, development and prosperity of the country and ensure the future of its future generations. Effective will to build The time has come for the need for an economic-social-political administration for the country with the objectives and the will to build, develop and achieve peace, harmony and prosperity with the mechanisms to achieve it on the ground according to a roadmap in which citizens participate both through its capacity and location.
