Suspension of the "pornographic actress" case against Trump's lawyer

federal judge examining the case filed by pornographic actress Sturmie Daniels against Michael Cohen , personal counsel of US President Donald Trump, ordered Saturday (April 28th) to suspend the case for 90 days.
"The constitutional rights of Kohen may be in jeopardy if the case continues while it is under criminal investigation," the judge was quoted as saying.
"The court is of the opinion that there is a potentially substantial potential overlap between civil and criminal proceedings, which will severely affect Mr. Cohen's rights in accordance with the fifth amendment," said James Otero, president of the US District Court. Under the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution, "no person can be forced to be a witness in a criminal case.
Cohen admitted to paying $ 130,000 to Daniels to ensure her silence about her sex with Trump, which he denies. Cohen said the amount was legal and Daniels raised a case to end her agreement to remain silent.
Cohen said earlier that he would use the fifth amendment and would refuse to answer any questions in the case after the FBI raided his home, office and room where he was staying in a hotel two weeks ago.
