German party filed a lawsuit against "Merkel" and why?

The right-wing Alternative for Germany party filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court over Chancellor Angela Merkel's migration policy.
The German newspaper "Zeit" German lawyer for the party, Stefan Brandner, that on April 14 last initiative of the "Alternative for Germany" in the German Bundestag (parliament), which opposes Merkel's immigration policy, to file a complaint with the Constitutional Court of the city of Karlsrui.
According to the complaint, the government of the country, in its work on immigration policy, violated the right of the Bundestag to resolve this issue, which allows consideration of Merkel's decision to open the Austrian-German border in September 2015.
"It is possible that this complaint will change the world, and the world will change if we achieve a desired result," Brandner said. He said Merkel would have to resign as quickly as possible.
