check the US police state of Virginia in the incident killed an unarmed American of African descent shot by a policeman when he saw him rush "naked", in the latest incident highlights the speeding police in the shooting , according to the Washington Post.

Richmond police footage showed young Markus David Peters shouting and hurrying toward officer Michael Nyantkiai, who called him electric pulses from his stun gun, but Peters continued to advance, before being shot by the officer with two bullets in his stomach.

"Everything that was said and happened in 18 seconds was very quick," Richmond police chief Alfred Durham told a news conference.

"Marcos needed help, not death," the victim's sister, Princess, told reporters.

The surveillance cameras showed Peters wearing a pink shirt as he got out of his car in front of the hotel entrance.

As he walked down the lobby, Peters took off his shirt and threw it on the floor.

He was later seen in a back office security office where he spoke to a staff member.

Later, he ran towards his car, naked. Peters told reporters that Peters drove for a few minutes on Belvedere Street. When he reached the ramp, Peters lost control of his car and rushed towards a tree.

"It seems like someone is suffering from mental disorder and we are talking to him," said Niantakai.

Peters got out of the window of his car and ran into the street in front of the opposite traffic, before a car hit him and fell to the ground.

Then the young man started rolling on the ground and got up and rushed to the policeman, who called him electric pulses, then pulled out his fiery weapon and fired two shots at close range at the young man who died later.

Niantaki was suspended from paid leave to investigate the officer's use of lethal force and the city prosecutor would decide whether to charge him.
