The Department of Registration of Companies in the Ministry of Commerce announced Wednesday that the department's staff completed the establishment of 368 national companies and registered 9 branches of a foreign company during the month of April.
The ministry said in a statement that "the department issued several decisions related to the amendment of corporate contracts were distributed between the increase of capital and the integration of corporate accounts and liquidation of the accounts of a company," noting that "was also documented 396 registered companies and the recording of records and referral of 416 Iraqi companies to the judicial investigator for violating regulations and instructions.
