) - Iraq's central bank's foreign currency sales rose to 89.59 million dollars on Tuesday from 81.56 million dollars on Monday, with 8.03 million dollars.[/rtl]
[rtl]The central bank said in a statement that the exchange rate was 1190 dinars per dollar in the auction held with the participation of 31 banks only.[/rtl]
[rtl]The sales were the result of Thursday's auction, indicating total sales of $ 131.45 million for the day.[/rtl]
[rtl]Amounts sold to boost bank balances abroad were $ 87.49 million, while total cash sold was estimated at $ 43.96 million.[/rtl]
