Al-Fateh alliance, led by Hadi al-Amiri, confirmed the intention of the coalition that he held with the list of "Suron" to form the most parliamentary bloc and submit the candidate for the post of prime minister.
The winning candidate for the alliance Al-Fath Ahmed Kanani said in a press statement: "The quest is continuing to form the largest bloc in charge of nominating the candidate for prime minister, there are no red lines to any winning list, and the doors open to everyone to join our alliance with the list of others."
Regarding the candidate for prime minister, Kanani said: "The agreement on a certain name is still waiting for the accession of other blocs to the coalition, then will agree on a unified candidate is put to the President of the Republic next."
He added: "Some of the names have been raised in recent days, but it is still early to resolve the file, we are waiting for what will be the discussions with partners."
