A final ruling was issued for the second time by Saudi billionaire Alwaleed bin Talal.

The Lebanese International Broadcasting Corporation (LBSI) announced that it had decided for the second time on the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris that the dispute between Saudi businessman billionaire Alwaleed bin Talal and LBCI would be in favor of the group.

The text of the arbitration decision confirmed that "Alwaleed Bin Talal Company has breached several obligations under its cooperation and services agreement with LBCI, which has caused serious damage to the latter over the period from 2012 until today."

The arbitration decision obliged Alwaleed Bin Talal companies to "pay about $ 19.5 million for LBCI, as well as interest and arbitration and attorney fees, which amounted to about $ 2.6 million."

In July 2015, an arbitral award was issued for the same reference, disqualification of the Rotana Rotana Group companies , ownership of the channels of LBCI, and the group then committed it to LBCI.
