    As part of the technological developments in the world in the field of information technology, the Central Bank of Iraq held a specialized seminar in the field of Block and FinTech "FinTech & Blockchain" and the definition of these techniques and mechanisms of work and how to use It is worth mentioning that these technologies are modern and now work on It is implemented in the developed countries of the world. This bank is keen to develop its techniques in keeping with modern international systems.
    It is noteworthy that Alventk (FinTech) in general is a technological invention has been employed in the financial services for the completion of financial transactions , whether pushed or transfer or Agherada or insurance or financial papers and others. These innovations have been used to develop new technologies that compete with traditional financial markets.
    Blockchain ( block block ) is a modern technology in advanced information technology. In simple terms, Block Qin is a database or a new method of data management.
