The US economy added 201,000 jobs in August, beating expectations

Mubasher : The US economy added more jobs than estimates last month, with unemployment stabilizing.
Data released by the US Department of Labor on Friday showed that the US economy added 201,000 jobs last August, down from 147,000 in July.
Analysts had estimated that the world's largest economy would add 191,000 jobs to the US job market in August.
On the level of the unemployment rate, it recorded 3.9% at the end of August, the same level as in July compared to estimates of the decline of the unemployment rate to 3.8%.
By 12:35 GMT, the dollar was up 0.3 percent at $ 1.1585.
