    BAGHDAD / The head of the House of Representatives, Mohamed Ali Zinni, Saturday, the start of the second round of the vote on the selection of a second deputy speaker of the new parliament.
    "The head of the age, Mohammed Ali Zinni, announced the start of the second round to vote on the selection of the second deputy, the speaker of parliament, after the failure of the House of Representatives to choose one of the candidates according to the system (half +1).
    "The second round this time will be among the two people who won a number of votes in the first round, namely Bashir Al Haddad and Ahmed Hama Rashid," the source said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
    The House voted earlier on Saturday (September 15, 2018) for the election of Mohamed Halboussi, the candidate of the Building Coalition, for the post of speaker of the fourth parliamentary session, by 169 votes, and later chose Hassan Karim for the post of First Deputy Halboussi.
