The former deputy of the state of law, Mohamed Chihod, on Thursday, that Prime Minister Haider Abadi does not have the points to qualify for one of the senior positions in the new government, indicating that the prime minister will go to the coalition of construction being the largest bloc and therefore excluded from the person Abadi.
"Haider al-Abadi is unlikely to be prime minister again because the president should be from the parliamentary bloc," he said. "The prime minister will be from the construction bloc because it has the largest number of parliamentary seats."
He added that "Abadi will be a deputy in parliament because he did not get a lot of points that qualify him to be in senior positions that need to score large, especially that the points of victory do not qualify Abadi to reach positions as Vice-President, for example."
