A statement of integrity received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, "The Department, while discussing the details of the case, indicated that the convicted fugitive, in cooperation with other people separated cases, to commit anything contrary to his duties through manipulation in a state-owned property and falsification To force him to sell to a citizen with a "void contract that is not legally binding".
The Department of Integrity said that "the sale of the property was recorded with an imaginary record by the accused, assisted by the former director of real estate registration in Madain, who claimed that it was a special record for issuance of permanent bonds."
The statement added that "the court has reached sufficient conviction to criminalize the accused after reviewing the statements of the legal representative of the real estate registration and administrative investigation department by the Office of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Justice, as well as a file and a photograph of the false property, , Which I found sufficient and convincing to convict him.
"The verdict issued last August included an arrest warrant against the accused, the seizure of his movable and immovable property, and his travel ban, while retaining the right of the plaintiff to seek compensation before the civil courts after the judgment has been decidedly."
