     KUWAIT CITY (Reuters) - Kuwait's parliament speaker Marzouq Ali al-Ghanem on Friday sent a telegram to Iraqi parliament speaker Mohamed Halbousi expressing his deep condolences and condolences to the victims of torrential rains that hit several areas in Iraq and caused dozens of casualties and injuries.
