Issuing 15,000 smart cards for new social welfare beneficiaries

The information technology department of the Social Protection Agency announced on Thursday that "the International Smart Card Company issued more than (15) thousand cards for families covered social welfare benefits within the new meal in the sections of Baghdad and the provinces until Wednesday, 11-28-2018. The Minister of Labor announced earlier in November, the names of more than (83) thousand families representing the third meal and the new families of the advanced social benefits after the receipt of financial allocations derived from the differences in oil prices as established in the budget of 2018 and the decision of the Council of Ministers.
"The work continues daily in the protection departments for late hours and holidays to expedite the auditing of the transactions of the families covered in order to complete the smart card and give them in preparation for the release of their salaries," adding that "smart card representatives are located in all sections to issue cards Smart quickly
