    The Agency publishes "Economy News" draft federal budget law for the year 2019, sent to the House of Representatives for reading and voting.
    The draft financial budget for 2019 to maintain the price of a barrel of crude oil exported globally at $ 56 a barrel, and keep the dinar exchange rate against the dollar at 1182 dinars.
    The new amendment to the draft budget is to increase the number of employees of Iraq by more than 10 thousand people, and reduce spending ruling by 18.6 billion dinars, and the share of purchase of medicines from 1.1 trillion dinars to 1.5 trillion dinars, an increase of 400 billion dinars.
    The budget of the House of Representatives rose from 240.2 billion dinars to 275.6 billion dinars, and the total salaries of employees more than 3 trillion dinars, as it became 43.4 trillion dinars, having previously been 40 trillion dinars, because of the increase in the number of employees 10 thousand people.
    Public spending rose from 128.4 trillion dinars to 133.1 trillion dinars, accompanied by a rise in the planned fiscal deficit, which reached 27.5 trillion dinars after it was 22.8 trillion dinars.
