    Commission on Economy and Investment Parliamentary, Saturday, the federal budget for the year 2019 as an operational to pay the salaries of employees only and unable to complete service projects across the country, while revealed the mobility of parliamentary transfers of a number of billions of some ministries towards the completion of projects. 
    Committee member Nada Shaker said in a statement that the "federal budget for 2019 is unable to complete service projects across the country and in particular the provinces destroyed by terrorist operations during the previous years," noting that "the current budget is operational and limited to providing salaries Staff only ".
    She added that "the completion of service projects in the affected areas of the tyrant terrorist need many years to complete them because of the great need for funds," indicating that "the government is obliged to encourage investors to carry out investment projects in the country by providing the appropriate environment for them and the escape of the investor." 
    "There are efforts and parliamentary movement to transfer a number of billions of some ministries to complete the projects to provide sufficient funds to meet the need of some affected areas," pointing out that "fears of theft of funds from some political parties pushed some deputies to not support those efforts to transfer funds to set up projects, .
    The member of the Finance Committee parliamentary Majida Tamimi has revealed, on Saturday, the direct staff of the Finance and Legal Committees in Parliament draft the budget in its final form before being sent to the Presidency of the Republic for approval, noting that the date of implementation of the budget will be after the publication in the Official Gazette. 
    The House of Representatives voted at its 28th meeting held under the chairmanship of Mohamed Halbusi, on Wednesday 23/1/2019, in the presence of 287 deputies, the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2019. 25
