Hadi said that "the meetings of the House of Representatives is witnessing large absences without any deterrent or accounting for the absentees, or the divorce of the law on the absence of deputies."
He added that "the deputies absent for four sessions without a legal or legitimate excuse to be replaced and the lifting of immunity, but this action has never done since the first parliamentary session and to this day."
