The Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani warned of the outbreak of popular revolutions in the countries of the region allied with the United States.
"The United States and its allies in the region will only have a defeat," Shamkhani said, adding that if the region continues its alliance policy with Washington, "we expect it to have a popular uprising."
He added that "the United States and the West and reactionary countries in the region hired terrorist elements and mercenaries to strike the roots of the resistance in Syria, Iraq and Yemen," asserting that "Iran will prevail over Trump and the policy of US sanctions."
Shamkhani pointed out that "the Syrian army and the popular crowd and supporters of God and Iranian fighters have proved that the West is not the center of the world, and that the American force is a piece of paper collapsible."
