Decisions of the Council of Ministers Session No. 10 in 11/03/2014

Cabinet held its regular ten in Baghdad (Tuesday, March 11, 2014) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, issued by the Council and the following decisions:
1 - approval on the grounds of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the International Conference for the fight against terrorism and the establishment of government agencies competent to creating the means and the money necessary for the implementation of the resolution after a decision to approve the conference.
2 - The Cabinet has decided to disable the official working hours of the day Wednesday, 3/12/2014 in Baghdad province only for the purpose of facilitating the process of receiving the ballot by employees.
3 - consider increasing the amount of the advance preliminary granted to companies and the Ministry of Industry (Ezz public, Zora general, spring general) for supply contracts entered into by public companies above with the Ministry of Electricity and other ministries and provinces by the Council of Ministers of each case and for each contract.
4 - approving the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Electricity, including the following:
1 - to instruct the Trade Bank of Iraq to launch a shipment value of $ (6,750,000) dollars for the company Sarvekyum Lebanese, with the bank authorized to negotiate with the company to bring down the delay penalties.
2 - Sir procedures proceedings before the competent courts of the company listed above on the subject.
5 - approved a draft law of the Republic of Iraq's accession to the Treaty of maintaining the migratory species of wild animals (CMS), which entered into force on 01.11.1983 and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution.
6 - approved a draft law of the Fourth Amendment to the Patent Law and Industrial Designs and undisclosed information, integrated circuits, plant varieties No. (65) for the year 1970, the auditor by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution.
